As a Gateway Health Card member you (and household family members with a family plan) will only pay $25 per urgent care visit during the course of your membership. This includes almost everything that we do in the clinic: sutures, toenail removal, sprains, simple fractures, x-rays* and in-house lab testing including strep, flu, urine, pregnancy and others! This represents a phenomenal value.

*There is a $10 charge for x-rays to pay the outside radiologist for the x-ray over-read. Immunizations, DME, pharmacy, worker's comp, auto injuries and drug testing are not included. See Membership Agreement for details.
